Stakeholder Workshops on Improving Customer Service

The AER invites stakeholders to attend workshops on the development of new incentives for customer service. These workshops will consider the same topics covering key aspects of any new customer service incentive scheme. AER staff will circulate briefing notes in advance of the workshops to interested participants covering topics to be discussed in the workshops.

Workshop details

6 November 2019 - AER Offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm.

13 November 2019 - AER Offices in Melbourne, Adelaide 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Interested parties who wish to attend a workshop are encouraged to register by 1 November 2019 by email to advising which workshop you wish to attend and the names of attendees.
