AER Decision - Annual Information Orders - Electricity - 5 April 2024

On 5 April 2024, the AER made Annual Information Orders (Orders) applying to electricity distribution and transmission networks, and interconnectors.

We have published our decision to make the Orders, which sets out our consideration of key components of the Orders (such as the period for which they will apply, and the information requirements). We have also responded to issues raised by stakeholders on the Draft Orders.
