AER Determination - AusNet Services easements land tax - tax change event 2015

On 13 March 2015 the AER determined that the required pass through amount is $2,900,998 ($nominal, GST exclusive). We consider that all of this pass through amount should be passed through to AusNet Services' Transmission Network Users in 2015–16.
