AER - Final decision - AusNet Services distribution determination 2021–26 - Attachment 13 - Classification of services - April 2021

On 30 April 2021, we released our final decision on AusNet Services' electricity distribution determination for the 2021–26 regulatory control period. Our final decision is set out in the Overview and accompanying attachments. As a number of issues were settled at the draft decision stage or required only minor updates, we have not prepared all attachments. In these circumstances our draft decision reasons form part of this final decision.

Final decision - Revocation and substitution

On 9 July 2021, the AER revoked and substituted the 2021–26 regulatory determination to correct a clerical error in one attachment, being the AER - Final decision - AusNet Services distribution determination 2021–26 - Attachment 10 - Service target performance incentive scheme.

The clerical error relates to a correction of the Beta method and gives effect to the intended decision.
