On 11 December 2020, the AER approved Body Corporate for Skyview Units CTS 33844's (Skyview) application for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law. This exemption allows Skyview to sell electricity through an embedded network at 47 Horseshoe Bay Road, Bowen QLD 4805.
