AER letter to Central Ranges pipeline re access arrangement amendment request - 18 August 2008

On 21 July 2008, Central Ranges Pipeline Pty Ltd (CRP), proposed an amendment to its distribution access arrangement for the Tamworth distribution network under rule 27(5) of the National gas rules (NGR).

On 15 August 2008, the AER approved one amendment to effect a variation in CRP’s distribution tariffs and ancillary charges for 2008-09 for inflation (as intended under its access arrangement). The amendment is effective 1 September 2008. The AER did not approve a proposed administrative change regarding the notification date of the tariff variation.
