Evoenergy is required to submit to the AER for approval a reference service proposal 12 months prior to submission of its access arrangement for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2031. We received Evoenergy's reference service proposal on 28 June 2024.

Under the National Gas Law and the National Gas Rules, the AER has the function of reviewing and approving the terms of Evoenergy's access arrangement proposal (due by 1 July 2025). Interested stakeholders are encouraged to consider the indicative dates for key milestones.
