On 5 November 2020, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a gas retailer authorisation application from GEE Power & Gas Pty Ltd under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). GEE Power & Gas is now authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
