AER letter to Y.E.S. Energy (SA) Pty Ltd - grant of electricity retailer authorisation - 4 November 2019

On 4 November 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Y.E.S. Energy (SA) Pty Ltd (Y.E.S. Energy) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). Y.E.S. Energy is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
