On 8 September 2017, AMP Capital Investors Limited was issued with a Notice of Acceptance confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Macquarrie Shopping Centre.
