AER Notice of acceptance - CEP Energy Pty Ltd (Narellan Town Centre) - 4 April 2022

On 4 April 2022, CEP Energy Pty Ltd was issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register a network exemption confirming that the recipient:

• acceptance of the applicant's request to register a NR1 and NR5 network exemption, and subsequently supplied supporting material, as an application pursuant to section 4.9 of the Network Service Provider Registration Exemption Guideline; and
• that the recipient is eligible to register the relevant network exemption

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at 326 Camden Valley Way, Narellan, NSW 2567.
