AER Notice of Acceptance - GVSC Pty Ltd - Retrofit - 17 May 2023

On 17 May 2023 GVSC Pty Ltd was issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and

• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network Glenrose Village Shopping Centre, 56-58 Glen Street, Belrose NSW 2085.
