AER Notice of acceptance - QIC Limited as trustee for the QIC Castle Towers Trust - Retrofit - 27 April 2023

On 27 April 2023 QIC Limited as trustee for the QIC Castle Towers Trust was issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and

• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network Castle Towers Shopping Centre, 6-14 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154.
