On 12 January 2024 Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd was issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Eastlands Shopping Centre, 26 Bligh Street, Rosny Park Tasmania 7018.
