On 4 May 2023, the AER approved Energex's annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.

The documents published on the proposal page, as submitted on 31 March and 27 April 2023, form part of our final approved decision for Energex. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the NER and the AER's 2020–25 regulatory determination.
