Step

On 24 April 2024, the AER made an annual reporting Regulatory Information Notice (RIN) for Power and Water Corporation (the electricity distributor in the Northern Territory). The RIN applies for four years, covering the reporting periods 2024-25 to 2027-28, and sets out our information requirements and a clear process and timing for future updates to information requirements.

Power and Water Corporation is not subject to the Annual Information Order for electricity distributors. Power and Water Corporation was excluded from the Annual Information Order for electricity distributors, for the reasons set out in the draft decision Explanatory Statement.
