ENA - Draft Better Resets Handbook stakeholder forum - October 2021

On 6 October 2021, the AER hosted an online forum on the draft Better Resets Handbook – Towards consumer-centric network proposals (the Handbook) to allow stakeholders the opportunity to ask questions about the draft Handbook. Presentations were delivered by Energy Networks Australia, the AER’s Consumer Challenge Panel and the AER.

Presentation slides for each organisation are below, including that of the two network service providers (Ausgrid and AGIG), who chose not to present to allow more time for questions from stakeholders. We have also included a summary of the discussion, which we agreed to de-identify to protect the privacy of participants.
