On 31 March 2022, Ergon Energy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Queensland distribution network for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. Ergon Energy’s pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the NER and the AER's 2020–25 regulatory determination.

On 29 April and 10 May 2022, Ergon Energy submitted to the AER revised pricing proposal documents in response to AER queries to correct for errors.
