Essential Energy - 2023-24 - Confidentiality Claims - 31 March 2023

On 31 March 2023, Essential Energy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its New South Wales distribution network for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. Essential Energy's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the NER and the AER's 2019–24 regulatory determination.

Other documentation was provided to support Essential Energy's proposal and to be used by the AER in its compliance assessment.

On 28 April 2023, Essential Energy submitted a revised pricing proposal and model in response to AER queries. This resubmission did not result in any changes to proposed prices.
