Step

On 25 June 2019, Evoenergy applied to the AER under clause 65(1) of the National Gas Rules (NGR) for approval to vary the terms of Evoenergy's 2016-21 gas access arrangement. The variation requested by Evoenergy relates to changes to the definition of gas day in the NGR. The AER approved the variation requested by Evoenergy on 12 July 2019.
