NERA report on measure of central tendency (22 February 2006)

The AER received its consultants' (IES and NERA) reports in February 2006 which reviewed some issues raised by submissions to the draft decision. IES was engaged to review the value of unserved energy and NERA was engaged to review the measure of central tendency.
