On 30 March 2023, Power and Water Corporation submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Northern Territory distribution network for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. Power and Water Corporation's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the NER and the AER's 2019–24 regulatory determination.

Other documentation was provided to support Power and Water Corporation's proposal and to be used by the AER in its compliance assessment.
