Powercor distribution determination amended in accordance with the orders of the Tribunal - 4 October 2012

The AER has amended Powercor's 2011-15 distribution determination in accordance with the Tribunal’s orders of 5 April 2012. The amended 2011-15 distribution determination covers the regulatory control period from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2015. It sets out the amount of revenue that Powercor may recover from providing regulated electricity distribution network services.

Revision to Powercor’s amended 2011–15 distribution determination

The AER has identified typographical errors in the table setting out the annual revenue requirements and the X factors that apply to Powercor for the 2011–15 regulatory control period on page 2 of Powercor’s amended 2011–15 distribution determination dated 28 September 2012.

The AER has revised Powercor’s 2011–15 distribution determination to reflect this correction in Powercor's amended determination dated 4 October 2012.
