Powercor - Supplementary information - Ring-fencing waiver - 13 September 2022

On 16 August 2022 Powercor submitted a waiver application under clause 5.2 of the Ring-fencing guideline (electricity distribution).

Powercor requested that the AER waive the obligations under clause 3.1 to allow it to lease excess capacity from its Tarneit neighbourhood battery. On 19 August 2022, the AER requested supplementary information from Powercor and paused the 20-business day streamlined waiver process. Powercor provided the requested supplementary information on 13 September 2022.
