Stockland Retail Services Pty Limited (Green Hills) - Application for individual exemption - 2 December 2016

On 9 December 2016, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Stockland Retail Services Pty Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.

Since the application was published on the AER website, Stockland has updated the original 'Letter of Intent' to include details of the public consultation process. This has been added to the supporting documents.
