TasNetworks – NWTD Stage 1 – Early Works CPA – October 2024

On 10 October 2024, TasNetworks submitted its early works contingent project application to us, seeking an increase to its revenue in accordance with clause 6A.8.2 of the National Electricity Rules (NER) to fund early works associated with the delivery of the NWTD Stage 1 contingent project as part of the Project Marinus actionable ISP project.

We are required to make a determination on this contingent project application under clause 6A.8.2 of the NER.
