Transend - Regulatory proposal: standards and system security

The ACCC commenced regulation of Transend Networks (Transend) from 1 January 2004. On 14 March 2003 Transend lodged an application with the ACCC outlining its proposed revenue cap from 1 January 2004 to 30 June 2009.
