VENCorp - Revised proposed negotiating framework - 23 January 2008

In its draft decision on VENCorp's transmission determination the AER did not approve VENCorp's proposed negotiating framework, which required amendment in order to comply with the minimum requirements of the NER. On 23 January 2008, in response to the draft decision, VENCorp submitted a revised negotiating framework for consideration by the AER.

Interested parties were invited to make written submissions to the AER on VENCorp's revised proposed negotiating by Tuesday, 19 February 2008.
