On 12 July 2023, Braemar 2 Pipeline was granted Category 1 and Category 2 exemptions under Part 10 of the NGR.
On 25 March 2024, Braemar 2 Pipeline's Category 2 exemption under Part 10 of the NGR was revoked as it was granted incorrectly. Braemar 2 Pipeline continues to hold its Category 1 exemption until 12 July 2028 as it continues to meet the criteria of being a no third party access pipeline.
