Churchie Pipeline was previously owned by AGL Gas Storage Pty Ltd (AGL). Under the ownership of AGL, it held a Category 1 exemption under Part 10 of the National Gas Rules (NGR). This exemption was revoked on 6 February 2026.
In 2025, AGL transferred the ownership of Churchie Pipeline to OGT Energy Pty Ltd (OGT).
Churchie Pipeline (under the ownership of OGT) was granted a 5 year Category 1 exemption under Part 10 of the NGR on 1 August 2025.
