Silver Springs to Wallumbilla Pipeline was previously owned by AGL Gas Storage Pty Ltd (AGL). Under the ownership of AGL, it held a Category 1 exemption under Part 10 of the National Gas Rules (NGR). This exemption was revoked on 6 February 2026.
In 2025, AGL transferred the ownership of Silver Springs to Wallumbilla Pipeline to OGT Energy Pty Ltd (OGT).
Silver Springs to Wallumbilla Pipeline (under the ownership of OGT) was granted a 5 year Category 1 exemption under Part 10 of the NGR on 1 August 2025.
