On 11 September 2024, Tonsley Network was granted a 5 year Category 1 exemption under Part 10 of the NGR until 11 September 2029.
In its exemption application, CPE Tonsley Pty Ltd (Tonsley Network's service provider) were unable to identify Tonsley Natural Gas Network's maximum daily capacity. Accordingly, an exemption under Category 2 of Part 10 was not granted.
