Application

On 14 March 2025,  Ergon Energy Network submitted a waiver application from clause 4.2.3 of the Ring-fencing Guideline (electricity distribution), which would allow Ergon Energy Network to continue to use similar naming and branding to Ergon Energy Queensland Pty Ltd (known as Ergon Energy Retail).

Ergon Energy Network currently holds a waiver for this purpose, however the waiver expires on 30 June 2025.  As such, Ergon Energy Network has applied for a renewal of their existing waiver until 2035.
