On 24 March 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator published an application from Agora Gas Pty Limited (Agora Gas) for a gas retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Agora Gas's application. Submissions are due by 24 April 2026.
