On 2 April 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator published an application from GGP Energy Pty Ltd (GGP Energy) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
The AER is now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on GGP Energy’s application by Monday 4 May 2026.
