On 24 April 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator published an application from SUPA Energy Pty Ltd (SUPA Energy) for an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
The AER is now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on SUPA Energy’s application by Friday 22 May 2026.
