The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

From 31 October 2018 to 20 January 2026 Savant Energy Power Networks Pty Ltd / ABN 31 604 736 638 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applied to Savant Energy Power Networks Pty Ltd was in effect from from 31 October 2018 to 20 January 2026.
Altogether Group Pty Ltd / ABN 28 136 272 298 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to Altogether Group Pty Ltd takes effect from 20 January 2026.
