The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Network Exemptions Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions.

The exemption applies to energy sales to residential customers. It requires exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
From 19 September 2023 until 7 May 2026 All Power to You Pty Ltd / ABN 63 624 939 877 was registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applied to All Power to You Pty Ltd was effective from 19 September 2023 to 7 May 2026.
