The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline) and was subject to a number of conditions.

From 31 October 2025, exemptions for this site were registered by The Trustee for Green Square North Property Trust / ABN 59 643 019 945 and Jones Lang LaSalle (QLD) Pty Ltd / ABN 40 010 411 140.
