The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Network Exemptions Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions.

On 1 July 2026, the AER received notice of the cancellation for this registration on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates or sells electricity at the site.
From 16 July 2026, exemptions for this site were registered by THE TRUSTEE FOR GPG WINSTON GLADES UNIT TRUST / ABN 89 547 926 782 and STABIO PTY LTD / ABN 17 152 944 431.
