The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Network Exemptions Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions.

The exemption applied to energy sales to residential customers. It required exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
From 1 October 2026, exemptions for this site were registered by MERITON ENERGY PTY LTD / ABN 42 661 938 030 and ORIGIN ENERGY COMMERCIAL EMBEDDED NETWORKS PTY LTD / ABN 68 136 602 947.
