The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Prior to 14 August 2018, this registration was held by Lake Group Property Services Pty Limited / ABN 53 071 614 901.
From 14 August 2018 to 22 March 2026 WINenergy Pty Ltd / ABN 71 112 175 710 was registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applied to WINenergy Pty Ltd was effective from 14 August 2018 to 22 March 2026.
THE EMBEDDED NETWORKS COMPANY PTY LTD / ABN 32 119 677 431 was registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to THE EMBEDDED NETWORKS COMPANY PTY LTD takes effect from 22 March 2026.
