The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

From 1 February 2018 until 12 March 2026 WINCONNECT PTY LTD / ABN 71 112 175 710 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption. This exemption as it applied to WINCONNECT PTY LTD was effective from 1 February 2018 to 12 March 2026.
RMS UTILITIES PTY LTD / ABN 64 625 823 074 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to RMS UTILITIES PTY LTD takes effect from 12 March 2026.
