On 7 October 2013 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
From 7 October 2013 until 10 October 2024, Mega Will Investments Limited / ABN 70 127 647 607 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption. This exemption as it applied to Mega Will Investments Limited was effective from 7 October 2013 to 9 October 2024.
From 7 October 2013 until 10 October 2024, WINenergy Pty Ltd / ABN 71 112 175 710 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption. This exemption as it applied to WINenergy Pty Ltd was effective from 7 October 2013 to 9 October 2024.
The Trustee for the Doncaster Shopping Centre Trust / ABN 34 188 628 279 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to The Trustee for the Doncaster Shopping Centre Trust takes effect from 4 January 2026.
Change of registered business name
On 25 November 2025, ISPT Pty Ltd’s legal name changed to IFM REAL ESTATE FIDUCIARY PTY LTD.
