The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Network Exemptions Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions.

The exemption applies to energy sales to residential customers. It requires exemption holders to join their state or territory energy ombudsman scheme.
Prior to 2 August 2022, exemptions for this site were held by Stockland Kawana Waters Pty Limited / ABN 15 009 693 556.
Cancellation of registration
On 23 April 2026 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to erroneous registration.
