The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline) and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 3 March 2025 exemptions for this site were registered by Energy Bay Funds Management Pty Ltd / ABN 22 630 914 108.
Prior to 9 April 2025 The trustee for The Regenspurger Family Trust / ABN 22 113 281 642 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption.
ENERGY INTELLIGENCE PTY LTD / ABN 48 132 080 552 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to ENERGY INTELLIGENCE PTY LTD takes effect from 9 April 2025.
