The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline) and was subject to a number of conditions.

From 16 September 2013 until 8 March 2026 SAVILLS (SA) PTY LIMITED / ABN 80 008 068 513 was registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applied to SAVILLS (SA) PTY LIMITED was effective from 16 September 2013 until 8 March 2026.
