The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER has now come into effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 17 August 2020, an exemption for this site was held by TPS Property No 2 Pty Limited / ACN 099 021 646
Prior to 10 September 2026, Ipoh Property Pty Limited in its capacity as trustee of the Galeries Property Trust / ABN 86 577 818 528 was registered as an additional registrant for this exemption.
The Trustee for Link Galeries Trust / ABN 51 774 183 971 registered as an additional registrant to this exemption. This exemption as it applies to The Trustee for Link Galeries Trust takes effect from 10 September 2026.
