The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1 and R5 class exemptions.

On 18 February 2026 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the appointment of an authorised electricity retailer for this site.
