The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Retail Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to conditions.

From 9 December 2025, exemptions for this site were registered by The Trustee for 99 Bloomfield Unit Trust / ABN 55 334 023 552.
